The Arena Client Portal is where Arena shares your project with you in one place: your project progress, your files and previews, your timeline, and messages about your work — so you always know exactly where things stand.
Who can log in?
The Arena team (admin) and invited clients can log in. Each client sees only their own projects — your files, progress, and messages are never shared with other clients.
How do payments work?
The portal tracks payments manually only, for your records. No payment gateway is used here, and no money is collected through this website — any payment is arranged directly with Arena.
How do I ask about a file?
Every file has its own WhatsApp query option, so your question goes straight to Arena with that file in context. You can also use the floating WhatsApp chat on the site to message Arena about anything at any time.
