Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address and role (admin or client). Accounts are created by the Arena AI team, not by public sign-up.

Project information. The files, messages, requests, approvals and work-item updates that you or the Arena AI team add to your projects.

Payment records. Amounts, dates and statuses of your project payments. We do not collect or store card numbers: payments are arranged manually for each project, and the portal only records them.

Sign-in information. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us through our authentication provider, so we can sign you in.

Technical information. Essential session cookies that keep you signed in, and server logs kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

To run the portal: show you your own projects, files, payments and messages; let the Arena AI team deliver your work; communicate with you about your projects; and keep the service secure. We do not use your information for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is processed only by the services that run this portal: Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting), and Google, only if you choose Google sign-in. Each client account can only ever see its own projects, files and payments — never another client's.

We keep your account and project records while your account is active and for as long as needed to maintain your project history. You can ask us to delete your account, and we will do so subject to any record-keeping we are legally required to keep.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 78420 76378 or through arenaai.in, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Your data travels over encrypted connections, and access inside the portal is role-based: clients see only their own data. No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever suspect unauthorised access to your account, tell us right away and we will help you secure it.

This portal is a business tool for Arena AI's clients and is not directed at children. Accounts are created by the Arena AI team.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page and note it in the portal. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated policy.
