Terms of Service

Accounts are created by the Arena AI team. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for anything done through your account. If you use “Continue with Google”, your Google account email must match the email on your client or admin record; otherwise the portal will tell you the account is not linked yet. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You keep ownership of the files and content you upload. By uploading them, you give Arena AI permission to store and display them in the portal so your project can be delivered.

Payment records shown in the portal are for tracking only. Actual payment terms are agreed per project. The portal itself is not a payment gateway and does not process card payments.

Use the portal lawfully, and only for your own projects. Do not try to access another client's data, interfere with the service, or use the portal for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that misuses the service.

We run the portal on a best-effort basis. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance or because of issues with our hosting providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The portal is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena AI's liability for any claim relating to the portal is limited to the fees paid for the affected project service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted in the portal. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
